Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1 – Kasol to Grahan Village
- 8 km trek (4-5 hrs). Begin from Kasol and trek through pine forests and scenic trails to reach Grahan Village. Campsite setup, dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2 – Grahan to Min Thach
- 7 km trek (4-5 hrs). Trek through dense forests and meadows towards Min Thach. Enjoy mountain views, campsite stay and dinner.
Day 3 – Min Thach to Nagaru
- 8 km trek (5-6 hrs). Steeper ascent towards Nagaru with stunning snow views and high-altitude camping experience.
Day 4 – Nagaru to Sar Pass to Biskeri Thach
- 12 km trek (6-8 hrs). Early morning summit push to Sar Pass followed by descent to Biskeri Thach. The most adventurous day of the trek.
Day 5 – Biskeri Thach to Barshaini to Kasol
- 10 km trek (4-5 hrs) followed by drive back to Kasol. Trek concludes with departure.

Minimum 9 years.
Experience
First-timers are welcome; prior trekking experience is an advantage.
Fitness Criteria
- Should be able to jog 5 km in 35 minutes without stress, OR 10 km in 80 minutes without stress.
- If cycling, should be able to cover 10 km in 30 minutes comfortably.
Backpack Capacity
- If carrying own backpack – should manage 10–12 kg load.
- If opting for off-loading – should be able to carry a 3–5 kg daypack.
Health & BMI
- Trekkers should ideally have a BMI between 18–29.
- If outside this range, please consult our Trek Coordinator before booking.
